What is your return Policy?

Return any unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of ordering for a 100% refund, excluding shipping charges. If an item is damaged we will replace it or refund your purchase price if you return it to us within 60 days of ordering.

You do not need to obtain advance permission to return merchandise. To receive these return benefits you must:

- Send the item to us, freight prepaid.
- Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned items.
- Clearly mark the invoice number on the outside of your package.
- Include a note indicating the reason for your return.
- We strongly recommend shipping your parcels using a Delivery Confirmation. You may wish to purchase insurance as you are responsible for delivering packages to us in good condition.

After we receive products returned from you, we will usually post a house credit to your account within 15 days. When the credit is posted to your account, you will receive an email message confirming receipt of your return and indicating the amount of the credit granted. If you have requested a credit to your credit card company they will require additional time until the credit is posted to your account.
